Kashfam Solutions are looking for Registered Nurses with 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. We are now accepting applications with immediate interview opportunities and, if the successful immediate start of work. We are also recruiting in other locations. As a Registered General Nurse (Band 5), you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality nursing care to patients. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the provision of compassionate, efficient, and effective care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and providing nursing care in hospitals and nursing homes by providing general compassionate care

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and recording their effects.

• Moving and handling and basic life support.

• Monitoring patient’s condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

• Observing and interpreting patient’s symptoms and communicating them to physicians

• Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise individualised care plans for patients

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

• Observe and respond to changes in patients' conditions or needs.

• Participate in professional development activities and maintain up-to-date knowledge in nursing practice.

Shift types

Long day (12hours) , Night shift (12 hours) , Half day (6 hours)

​Requirements:

• MINIMUM of 3 months UK Healthcare Nursing experience for UK residents

• At least 1 year of experience in a Medical field for overseas applicants

• Can join immediately.

• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitisation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times

• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible and compassionate
